COMMUNICATIONS

Please forward all related support issues to care@jakke.co.uk as this is the fastest way to receive a reply. Our social media channels are not monitored throughout the day so replies will be slower.

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. If your credit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculation with the applicable exchange rate on the day your issuer processes the transaction.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once you have played your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Please note this email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation we have received. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, if the item is out of stock, we cannot obtain authorisation for payment etc.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made through your Paypal account or you can purchase using your Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Maestro debit cards. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to JAKKE, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Your delivery may be subject to customs tax and duty charges. These extra charges are forms of tax that are not included within Jakke prices or our shipping charge. 

PRE ORDER

Chose the item you would like to purchase and add to your cart as normal using the Pre Order button.

Once your order is placed, you will be sent an email confirmation with details of the approx. delivery date as stated on the product page.  

As soon as your item is ready to be dispatched, you will be sent a further email update with full tracking details and courier information.

The Pre Order listed delivery date is an approximate guide for customers and may fall within a couple of days either side of this date.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, jakke guarantee a refund when you return your order to us within 14 days of receipt by filling in the returns document inside your parcel.
Once we have received your returned goods, a refund will be credited to your original method of payment.  Please allow up to 14 days.
Sale items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged once for an alternate size if available. The exchange value is at the cost paid upon purchase.
Returns are only valid if the item is returned in an unworn and unused condition with all original packaging and swing tickets attached. 

UK

Jakke offer free returns and exchanges on all UK orders only.
Please fill in the returns form inside your parcel with the reason for your return or exchange.
Place the returns form together with the item(s) you wish to return in the reusable packaging originally sent with your order.
Attach the free returns label to the outside of the packaging.
Drop your package at your local DPD Pickup Shop ready for collection. 

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns or exchanges on International orders.
Please fill in the returns form inside your parcel with the reason for your return or exchange.
Place the returns form together with the item(s) you wish to return in the reusable packaging originally sent with your order.
Arrange returns postage to the below address and mark as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ clearly on the outside of the package.
The return of an item is at customer’s own cost and we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during the returns process.

SHIPPING

JAKKE aims to dispatch all order within 3 working days in the UK, and 5-7 working days for rest of the world. JAKKE are not responsible for any import duties or delays caused by destination customs clearance.

If your goods are not currently available they will be dispatched as soon as they come into stock.

Deliveries can take up to 14 days to arrive.
