Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. If your credit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculation with the applicable exchange rate on the day your issuer processes the transaction.


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once you have played your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Please note this email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation we have received. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, if the item is out of stock, we cannot obtain authorisation for payment etc.


Payment can be made through your Paypal account or you can purchase using your Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Maestro debit cards. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to JAKKE, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Your delivery may be subject to customs tax and duty charges. These extra charges are forms of tax that are not included within Jakke prices or our shipping charge. 


Jakke offers free Exchanges on all UK orders.  Please email care@jakke.co.uk for assistance.

Currently we do not have a freepost service for Returns or Exchanges on International orders. Please arrange return postage to the address below and mark as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outside of the package.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, jakke guarantee a refund when you return your order to us within 14 days of receipt by filling in the returns document inside your parcel.

Once we have received the returned goods a refund will be credited to your original method of payment and may take up to 14 days.

Sale items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged once for an alternative size if available. The exchange value is at the cost paid upon purchase.

Returns are only valid if the item is returned in an unworn unused condition with all original packaging and swing tickets attached.

The return of an item is at customer’s own cost and we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during the returns process.


We will be extending our returns policy for the festive season. Any order placed from 1st December will be eligible for refund or exchange until 31st January 2021

JAKKE aims to dispatch all order within 3 working days in the UK, and 5-7 working days for rest of the world. JAKKE are not responsible for any import duties or delays caused by destination customs clearance.

If your goods are not currently available they will be dispatched as soon as they come into stock.

Deliveries can take up to 14 days to arrive.
