Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. If your credit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculation with the applicable exchange rate on the day your issuer processes the transaction.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once you have played your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Please note this email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation we have received. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, if the item is out of stock, we cannot obtain authorisation for payment etc.
Payment can be made through your Paypal account or you can purchase using your Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Maestro debit cards. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to JAKKE, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with a product of JAKKE we guarantee a refund when you return it to us within 14 days of receiving. Once we have received the returned good, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and may take up to 14 days. The items must be in perfect condition and the swing tag must be present and visible.
Refunds for payments made via credit or debit card can take up to 14 days to be processed by your bank.
The return of an item is at customer’s own cost and we can not be held liable for any damage or loss during the returns process.
