All E-Gift Cards purchased online on our website are electronic, and you will receive your E-Gift Card in an email to the email address provided at checkout.

Jakke E-Gift Cards never expire & are non-refundable.

Jakke E-Gift Cards can only be used on our website and cannot be used to purchase from any additional retailers.

Multiple E-Gift Cards can be used to redeem a single purchase during checkout, provided all E-Gift Cards codes are valid.

Your E-Gift Card can only be redeemed in the same currency it was purchased in.

You can view the purchase currency and value of the E-Gift Card on the recipient email.

It is not possible to change currency on your E-Gift Card.

It is not possible to add extra value on your E-Gift Card after final purchase.

Please note that you cannot purchase an E-Gift Card alongside a discount code or other promotional discounts.

If misplaced, the E-Gift Card purchaser can click Resend Gift Card on their order confirmation email and a reminder of the unique E-Gift Card number will be resent.
