In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Jakke guarantee a refund when you return your order to us within 14 days of receipt by filling in the returns document inside your parcel.
Once we have received the returned goods a refund will be credited to your original method of payment and may take up to 14 days.
Sale items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged once for an alternative size if available. The exchange value is at the cost paid upon purchase.
Returns are only valid if the item is returned in an unworn unused condition with all original packaging and swing tickets attached.
The return of an item is at customer’s own cost and we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during the returns process.
